Hello, everybody, welcome to Thursday, the S&P 500 was up point 6% today, and it actually closed at a record high. And so that’s really fantastic. Some more good news was coming out, we had a couple more studies done one in England and one in Scotland, that came out talking about Omicron might be mild, both are not, you know, peer reviewed yet. And there’s still a ways to go there. But that’s three studies market likes that we had house price, sorry, we had house sales jumped 12.4%.

In November, we had durable goods jumped 2.5%. And we’ve had Consumer Sentiment Survey that moved up last month also. So there’s some good things that are happening. And I think I mentioned before that I follow these six indexes, I have a set of kind of buy and sell indicators that I follow. They all moved into the red, all six of them. And now three of them moved into the blue or the buy side yesterday. And now all six moved in with the move today. So really good. We moved our pieces and targeted indexes back into the market.

We basically are still staying with the broad market even in our targeted pieces, just because I think there’s going to be a lot of you know, cross currents that are going to come here that are going to make it difficult to figure out, you know, whether you what area you might want to be in and things are gonna fly around. That’s what’s been happening so far here at the end of the year. So nonetheless, look forward to talking to you on Monday, the market is closed tomorrow.
