The owner served as an expert witness in a financial fraud scheme trial and her ethics, professionalism and competence led us to becoming clients. Tom, You accepted us as a client before we really met the RCS's minimum, qualifications. However. my retirement and 401K funds would be available! From the beginning you have been a great advisor as to our investments and demonstrated great knowledge of the market. Another interesting test was the downturn of 2007-08 while we were living in Reno. I had an old fund in the hands of a local advisor closely attached to a major insurance company. That fund lost . . . Needless to say, that fund was transferred to RCS!
