Hello, everybody, welcome to Wednesday, you’ve probably noticed I’m wearing my green shirt today. The S&P 500 didn’t quite make it to the level of a green shirt was up 1.4%. As you recall, I usually wear it when it’s 1.5 or higher. But this is the 100th episode of the Shelter In Place. So I’m really excited about that. And on top of that, we had a really good day with our targeted indexes and individual stocks, Microsoft and Apple, semiconductors, everything was up a lot. We had three days where it wasn’t doing as well. And man today, it really came back pretty much what I was talking about yesterday, those things several times. Now, they seem to kind of settle down after big runs. And I think it creates a buying and all of a sudden, we end up with you know, much higher rates of return, you know, Microsoft, and Apple work closer to the 3% range.
So you know, more than doubling the rate of return of the S&P 500. So I think that’s, you know, what we’re looking for, and probably what we’re going to have happen now, the S&P 500 did hit an all time high for this recovery, which is great, very, very close to the all time high set back in 19th of February. And so again, we’re still trying to get through that, but we have no longer any price resistance at this point. And so it’s just a psychological barrier. And I do believe if we break through, we should have a little bit of a run after that. So very, very exciting for everything. I think that this is a great environment for us at this point in time. I like the portfolios that we have.
And I’m very thankful for everybody that has sent all their positive thoughts and what happy about these videos, and it’s kept me going, you know, for this whole time. I have to say, it seems like it’s been longer, you know, the whole Shelter In Place thing hasn’t been all that long, really in the overall scheme of things, but it seems a bit longer. So I want to thank you for listening and I’m looking forward to see what happens. I think we have a chance to break through here in the very short term into a new high. Look forward to talking to you. And I will see you tomorrow. Thank you very much.
